• When can I receive the package?

    Temiart offers several shipping options through the China Postal Service (USPS) and Amazon Logistics(FBA). Some orders are shipped from China, so it maybe takes 10-20 business days to arrive at you. The other orders are shipped from US warehouses, so it maybe takes 3 business days to arrive at you.

  • What can I return?

    You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by TemiArt within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped by TemiArt between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

  • When will I get my refund?

    Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.


  • Does TemiArt offer replacements and exchanges?

    Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders from this page by clicking Return Items and following the instructions. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or color or for an item in your Cart.

  • Can I Canceling & Modifying Orders?

  • How can I track my Order?

    • Order Confirmation Emails
    • Immediately after you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt; please feel free to print it for your records. The e-mail includes your order number, the details of the products, prices, quantities, promotional information, payment method(s), your shipping and billing addresses as well as the shipping method you selected.
